What we collect

The site uses Vercel Analytics for aggregated page views and custom events such as button clicks on tools. That data is used to see which pages and tools people use. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.

The site also loads Google Analytics 4 to count visits and to see which pages are read. It runs in Google Consent Mode: analytics storage is denied before the tag loads, so no Google Analytics cookie is written until you press Accept in the consent banner. If you decline, Google Analytics receives only cookieless, aggregate signals — no identifier that can follow you across sites or sessions.

Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) may be processed by our hosting provider (Vercel) to operate and secure the site.

What we do not collect

• No account registration or login
• No email list on this site unless you write to us first
• No wallet addresses, API keys, or private keys
• No payment information

Third-party services

Price, block-height, news, and filings data are fetched from public APIs (including exchanges, CoinGecko, and public SEC sources). Those providers have their own privacy policies. Embed widgets you place on another site only load the BTC500 embed page you choose.

Cookies and similar tech

We do not set marketing, advertising or remarketing cookies, and we never grant Google Analytics its advertising signals. Vercel Analytics is cookieless. The only cookies this site can write are Google Analytics’ first-party _ga and_ga_<id> cookies, and only after you press Accept in the banner.

To change your choice, clear this site’s data in your browser settings; the banner then asks again on your next visit. You can also block analytics entirely with a browser extension or tracking-protection setting — every page and tool keeps working.
